As our R&D Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, exploring cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to enhance our project management app. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement, prototyping new features, and investigating emerging trends in software development and project management. Your work will directly contribute to the future direction and competitive advantage of our product.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting research on new technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to our product and industry.
• Identifying user needs and market opportunities for innovative features and improvements.
• Developing and testing proof-of-concept prototypes and feasibility studies for new ideas.
• Collaborating with the development team to integrate successful prototypes into the application.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in software development, cloud technologies, and project management methodologies.
• Documenting research findings, prototypes, and technical recommendations.
• Contributing to the intellectual property of the company through innovative solutions.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas to product development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development, with a strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• A curious and experimental mindset with a passion for exploring new technologies.
• Experience with one or more of the following: cloud platforms, data analytics, machine learning, UI/UX prototyping tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and tools is a plus.
