 About the Role:

As our AI Innovation Engineer, you will be instrumental in exploring and implementing artificial intelligence technologies to revolutionize our project management app. You’ll be responsible for researching potential AI applications, developing and prototyping AI-powered features, and working closely with the development team to integrate these innovations into our product, enhancing automation, content creation, and overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Researching and evaluating various AI/ML techniques and their applicability to project management.
• Identifying opportunities to leverage AI for automation of tasks, intelligent content generation, predictive analytics, and improved decision-making within the app.
• Designing, developing, and training machine learning models and AI algorithms.
• Building and testing prototypes of AI-powered features and functionalities.
• Collaborating with the development team to integrate AI models and APIs into the application.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields.
• Documenting AI models, experiments, and implementation details.
• Contributing to the ethical considerations and responsible use of AI within our product.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative AI-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing AI/ML models.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience with relevant programming languages, Python and AI/ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with data processing and data engineering pipelines.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML services.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
